League of Legends Patch 9.17 – On-Wood and Infernal Skins

Patch 9.17 of League of Legends is being tested on the PBE. The Elderwood and Infernal skins represent the culmination, although the annoying changes of Aurelion Sol and Kayle since the last patch cycle are still available for new tests, with no definitive release date (for now).

Ahri, Nocturne and Veigar each have skin inspired by the Elderwood theme, with special effects, animations, animations, splash art and more, all evoking a fairy forest. These are Galio, Shen and Varus who have infernal skins. Scroll down to enjoy their artwork and trailers: we'll update as much as possible.

Elsewhere, you will enjoy many new chromas, summoner icons and emotes. Patch 9.17 is just beginning, so come back soon for more balance changes, cosmetic additions and more as soon as we get them.

We do not have an exact release date for League of Legends Patch 9.17, but updates tend to be released every two weeks. With this in mind, expect the new patch to arrive on Wednesday, August 28th.
