NYC correction officer busted for threat to shoot coworker

A city correction officer was busted for pulling out a gun and threatening to shoot his co-worker during a squabble in a Bronx apartment building, police said Thursday.

Victor Tejada-Reyes, 28, was with another Department of Correction officer in the garage of a building on Webster Avenue near Mosholu Parkway in Bedford Park just before midnight Wednesday when he pulled out a gun, cops said.

Tejada-Reyes then began threatening the man, asking him, “Do you want me to shoot you?”

His co-worker reported the off-duty harassment to police, who arrested Tejada-Reyes and charged him with menacing, officials said.

It was not immediately clear what the disagreement was about.
